Has it really been three months since the crystals were awakened? Or does time flow differently here?

When I woke, my body refused to respond. I think I was lying down. My eyelids felt as though they were glued shut.

An unfamiliar voice grated in my ear...

Alternis Dim? No.
"Ringabel"? Yes.

How tedious has this moniker become? Very. Regardless, I answered.

There were two men, around my age, which appeared to share the same fate. I do not know their names - and I did not care to take them. All I can think of is Edea, and that creature - no matter how much the creature that's latched to me - Piyomon (?)- sees fit to scold me.

Distracted or not- dead or not, I had allowed this to happen without even realizing it. Absolutely mortifying.

Edea, wherever you are... Please be alive.

Sleep hasn't come easily since I arrived. It appears I have a residence here, not that I've seen the person I will share a room with as yet.

I've been busying myself with comparing notes between the book of D and the book the dark knight Alternis Dim dropped through the past two nights. Both books contain technical drawings of the Eschalot, diagrams of the Grandship, among other things - but neither of them say anything about the Digital World. Upon examination of them, my mind started to wander.

Piyomon doesn't approve of staying up all night, nor of spending it drawing, reading and writing. She asked me to draw her picture, so I obliged.

She fell asleep before it neared completion. I will return to my studies while she sleeps.

I can finally write again. It's been too long.

The excursion ended badly. Biyomon was attacked inside Myotismon's castle. A sigil of some sorts appeared when we'd located all of the tags within, and I was given a choice.

I must have answered wrongly, because a creature came from the sigil and attacked. It wasn't a digimon. It was more like one of the monsters from Luxendarc. There was nothing in it's eyes. I took one in the shoulder for Biyomon. She was too afraid to move when it attacked, but she gathered her courage and brought the thing down... whatever it was.

On our way back, we were set upon by things called Goblimon, which are similar to the Goblins around Norende. Perhaps they noticed I was carrying the tag of illusions from the castle... or perhaps they simply don't like humans. They attacked me, and Biyomon changed form.

What she changed into, and looking at her wings brought back memories.

I'm unsure of them now. All I can recall is the numbers six and five.

D's journal's last entry is the number six.

D's journal and Alternis Dim's journal are almost fully compared. The results are disconcerting. I've marked all of the entries which are identical. There's more than I expected. The condition of both of the books, even down to coffee stains on certain diagrams is identical as well.

How can two of the same thing exist?

Entries which are not the same make mention of things we know of. He had been watching us for a very long time. He'd even breached Caldisia in plain clothes before I visited. Given the fact we're identical, that explains why Owen gave me a chance...

At least that's that explained. I wonder how his the innkeep in Caldisia is doing.

It appears I'm something of a liability in this world. My arms and shoulders are fully healed, and it appears I can still hold a sword. But I'm weak now. I can't use the asterisks, and even Freelancer abilities just don't work here.

It feels strange to be weak.

Escha quizzed me today, after an incident on what they call a "railroad" here. She asked me why I wouldn't respond to my name any longer. I told her that I have no idea what my name is. She seemed angered, and disappeared.

I don't understand what she wants.

Most likely she'll be gone for a few days. It gives me time to pass on the tag to someone with the strength to protect it.

I haven't located anyone strong enough to look after the illusion yet. Unfortunate... though something appeared from my world. The Eschalot...

Without any trace of the Sky Knights. I'll admit, I'm pleased. The skystone is also operational. Could there possibly be two of them?

Regardless, if my calculations are correct, there should be an earthquake this week. There's an earthquake every month here, and new people arrive from their worlds as a result. Perhaps the Eschalot appearing here is because someone's coming.

I have to check HospiTown.
